  Service from Russell and Peter great on all occasions. I looked, tested, poked and prodded for a long time before purchasing and both gentlemen were always professional and helpful.

  The hours online and on the door say that the shop opens at 9am on a Friday. I arrived just after 9am and the man who came to the door was very rude. He told me to come back at 10am. I advised him that the opening hours are advertised as 9am every day except for Sunday which is 10am and he didn’t seem to care and said I couldn’t come in - full of attitude! So happy I didn’t waste more time or money after seeing other reviews.

  I purchased a Jasper after looking at them for years. We purchased fabric that was apparently machine washable, but when there were no laundering instructions I contacted King who told me it was not. First issue.
  Three years in and my lounge now has a divet I cannot fluff up, and feathers sticking through the covers. My Fantastic furniture lounge lasted much, much longer and was only 10% of the price.
  So disappointed.
  Definitely not worth the price. Not much good having a frame that lasts forever if the cushions only last 2 years.

  Ordering alert for new customers. Be aware. Your new furniture dreams will be torture till it arrives.
  While all the staff are delightful and the end product is great. King furniture we have purchased through you before long before covid blaming this for you BS about delivery is a pure insult. give more realistic delivery dates and when products are coming. nothing worse than as a customer being fed a date then planning for that date to then the ultimate insult is I'm doing the chasing to find out about delivery. It's not covid it's just your general practice of doing business I can see now. They also delete any negative comments so the true reflection of their complete service is not on social media.
